« This hotel had very good front desk staff and an excellent helpful evening bartender. Hotel parking was convenient. The room was extremely clean and situated with a seating area separate from the bed. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast with 3 cereals, fruit (melon), yogurt, eggs, a meat, etc. The only complaints I have is that the orange juice was out at breakfast, the eggs were rubbery so I didn't eat them, and we couldn't watch the Bears/Packers game in the bar because the hotel...

« Accessible directly from airport via a footbridge. 10 mins walk to reception from the T1 baggage claim. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Decent dinner options. Quiet given the airport location...got a good night's sleep which is all that counts. Service from personnel was nothing special. They did their job but I've experienced better hospitality. Still a 5 star rating just for the sleep, comfort and ease the f access. »
