It’s in short walking distance (2 blocks) to the beach where the sunset is amazing and the water is crystal clear over black sand. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. 'Our host Cam was great. He had all the detailed info ready for us when we arrived. I liked that our room was close to our car. The room had a comfortable bed, a walk in closet, and a nice updated bathroom. The lanai was nice every day along with a kitchen that has everything. This is a big house with different units with private entrances. The location is superb. Walking distance or a quick drive to anything..beaches.. pool…restaurants..coffee shops..longs drugs..food trucks..I will stay...

'Thalia was a lovely home. Beautifully renovated and everything was nice, new and clean. Great location for north shore exploration. Close to Hanalei and Princeville. Communication and courtesy were great. Would stay again!'

'Mike and Leila were the most wonderful hosts, doing everything to ensure a fantastic stay for my family. Kauai has a ton of roaming roosters that make sleeping tough, but Mike even captured and relocated the most enthusiastic of them. The location is perfect. The outdoor shower is wonderful and bikes and equipment, although a bit beat up by the elements, are an appreciated addition.'

'This is a great spot. We had two couples and two toddlers and it worked well. Space isn’t super friendly for toddlers but it was ok. It’s a short walk to the beach so we rented a beach wagon and that was super helpful with the little kiddos.The house has good AC units and comfy beds and an outdoor shower around the back of the houseGPS kind of leads you to the wrong driveway so you just gotta drive up the street a little bit and enter from the little cul de sac.Definitely would stay here again!'

'We loved our stay! It's an authentic Hawaiian-style home tucked away intona lush garden with amazing varieties of ginger. The property sits right along the river, and you can paddleboard, we kayaked, straight out to a sandbar and a quiet beach that made for the perfect picnic spot.The two-bedroom house was spacious, clean, and nicely-decorated.
