'Fabulous hotel which definitely feels more like 4/5 star than a 3! Friendly and exceptionally helpful staff, especially Eleni on reception. An easy 15 minute walk downhill into beautiful Fiscardo but the hotel also operates a regular shuttle bus to take you down or bring you back . Many of the guests return year after year which is always a good sign. Beautiful views, great breakfast and lovely bedrooms. The pool area is great and sun loungers were always available. 'La struttura è davvero molto bella: ricca di servizi e di di attività. Camera grande e spaziosa. Un po’ lunghi i tempi di attesa per le pulizie. Cibo davvero ottimo per quantità e qualità! Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Ottima anche la spa. Unica pecca: una struttura 5 stelle con quella posizione dovrebbe fornire un servizio di transfer da e per l’aeroporto (pagato 90 euro a tratta per il taxi…)'

'Every staff person we encountered from check in, breakfast, to check out was lovely. This is a family run hotel and the care taken is evident. We were there at a quieter time and they have us a complementary upgrade. The room was fantastic, great views, it was pristinely clean and the bed was comfortable (a king size no less!)
