'Unser aufenthalt war angemessen. Das personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Handtücher wurden täglich erneuert.
Der private pool im zimmer war sehr gut, Meerblick hatte man ebenfalls. Eine sehr schöne Aussicht.
Die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls angemessen. Jeden Tag wurde gereinigt.
Was man leider negativ anmerken muss ist, dass unser Zimmer nicht wirklich komplett war. Auf der Toilette hing ein kabel aus der wand und es fehlten haken für unsere Handtücher, sodass wir die Handtücher aufs waschbecken...

'The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. We will definitely go back.'

'Het hotel is mooi en de kamers zijn echt geweldig mooi afgewerkt, de medewerkers zijn echt geweldig perfecte service.

'De accomodatie verzocht een mail ter bevestiging van aankomst. Echter daar werd nooit op gereageerd. Bij aankomst niemand te bereiken telefonisch dus wisten we niet welk appartement we moesten hebben. Gelukkig was er een schilder die ons hielp en belde de eigenaar. Dus..geen instructies voor aankomst of vertrek mbt sleutel. Achteraf bleek de sleutel in de deur te zitten en hebben we bij vertrek de sleutel maar binnen gelegd.

The only downside to my stay was that shortly before our trip the hotel contacted us to offer extras, we selected late check out and thought no more of it. At 10pm the night before check out we were emailed to say it wasn’t possible and we would need to check out at 11am. 'I have stayed at Alexatos several times and will do so again if I come to Agia. The apartments are comfortable clean and quiet, very close to the centre but set back, so almost no traffic and very quiet at night. Mirka, Demetrios and Steven are wonderful hosts and make you feel very welcome - they even helped me with some trouble with my rental car. '

'Everything was excellent at this Hotel .. Such a relaxed atmosphere but most of all the staff went above and beyond… the skill of the barman produced the best cocktail I have ever tasted and the reception staff were so helpful especially when we needed help and guidance… we will be back and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to our family and friends…..'

'Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Faro del Porto in Poros und total glücklich! Die Lage ist unglaublich schön direkt am Hafen und es gibt alles was man braucht. Sauber, ordentlich und super ausgestattet. Antonis war für uns dauerhaft ansprechbar und hat uns bei vielen Anliegen geholfen, dafür waren wir unglaublich dankbar.
Absolut zu empfehlen! Das nächste Mal kommen wir wieder.'

Location is difficult to find as there are two complexes (A & B) with the same name, however they are not signposted clearly at each property or easy to locate on a map. The local manager was not responsive enough and did not provide clear address details so we could find the property and had to contact them.
