'This property needs an absolute overhaul! To begin with, it’s an older complex and the buildings need renovations. The condo stunk of cigarette smoke. The furniture was gross and worn out. The beds were absolutely horrible! The place was dark and dank. The shower door had no seal on the bottom so the water just ran out everywhere. The televison in the living room did not work. No direct communication from owner. Just what seemed to be automated through VRBO. I sent a message asking a couple...

'Great location, quiet neighborhood. Rented this for the US Open Pickleball Tournament and the location was perfect. Bed was very comfy. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Will rent again'
