'the hostess did a great job and the breakfasts were amazing'

'You get what you pay for. The rate was good compared to other Hartford properties, but the facility needs some repairs and enhancements. In our room, the sheer curtains were falling apart, the switch on the floor lamp was broken off, coffee maker pods didn’t fit the machine (wrong type), and the deadbolt on the door didn’t work properly. Even the American flag outside was tattered and should be replaced. Breakfast also was subpar - limited selection and quantity. That being said, we slept...

'Where to start, I paid more than $160 for this hole in the wall. As soon as we got there it was a bad feeling, filthy looking parking lot and the staff was ignorant and looked like the homeless that were living in the motel. We had no idea it was a shelter for poor people, no reflection on them but I had my granddaughter with me and she was frightened by it. I was very skeptical parking in the lot and things went really downhill when we got in the room. The odor was horrific, we couldn’t change...

'Staff was rude…. The bedding was broken and the bathroom was not clean enough, we found an old traveler’s toothpaste tube in the sink'

'Gunstig gelegen als je op doorreis bent. '

'It was wonderful'

'Lovely gardens and pool'

'The house was beautiful! The innkeeper Amanda made an excellent breakfast and was friendly and knowledgeable about the property. The house renovations fit in with the period of the house, but provided modern convenience. It was a joy to stay there'

'Clean neat quiet'

'Property is clean. Abundant parking.'

'Clean room it’s a brand new hotel. It was quiet and comfortable. The beds were great. The shower was amazing. I would absolutely stay here again.'

'Clean the room better.'

'The room was clean. There were several surprises: There is no restaurant. It’s a very expensive Starbucks. $5.50 for a coffee & 6.50 for a cold muffin was not not satisfactory. When my wife and I travel we like to enjoy a coffee before having breakfast. The room came with 1(one) coffee pod. Also, I was charged $10 to park my car. These things have to be disclosed . For the price paid, not worth it.'

'There was no heat in our room. The bathroom had crumpled tissues on the counter and toilet paper on the floor - cheapest toilet paper ever. The shampoo and conditioner were bottles attached to the shower wall and they were basically empty. I saw on my credit card that the $670 dollar room was charged $900+ and a $350+ add on fee...so $1250...yes, I'll be calling. I would stay at a different hotel. It's priced as a luxury hotel, but is run like a mediocre one.'

'Prima hotel.'

'The staff were very nice, breakfast was co ok'
