'We had an excellent stay at Jacinta’s condo. Located at a perfect spot in central Kona, we could go anywhere by foot. Complete amenities and a parking spot right at the complex. Jacinta wasa great host and very responsive to any questions. We’d come back anytime in the future !!'

'Ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad, Isaac is erg vriendelijk en attent en goed bereikbaar voor vragen. Wij waren er voor de IRONMAN en qua locatie was dit ideaal, net buiten de stad en drukte. Lekker dichtbij Magic Sands, erg fijn strand met een leuk restaurant erbij. Wij hebben genoten!'

'The studio was nice and comfortable. Very convenient location close to Farmer’s market. Parking is available. A/C was very helpful in July. There were actually two small refrigerators. Great value for the price.'

'When I made the reservation, it was listed as one full (?) bed and roll out sofa. I was surprised to to find an additional full size bed in the living room. which worked out great for us. It should make it more "rentable" in the future. 2 wishes: 1) better directions to get to the property, e.g. make a turn onto Haleki'i St then ... 2) Have some kind of visual identifier to make sure we were at the correct property, e.g. a sign "Casa Grateful" or photo of the outside the house and door. 'Enjoyed our stay. The condo was well stocked for the beach. There was a lot of space for the ten of us. The kitchen was spacious. It is in a great location, close to the pool. We would definitely stay there again.'

'My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in the Royal Palms room. It was really peaceful and it had the accommodations we needed for a quick two night stay. The description of the property is very accurate. You may need ear plugs if you're not used to the sound of koki frogs at night. The noises were not an issue for us. They do have complimentary ear plugs. We will definitely stay here again when we are traveling without kids!'
