'The problems started before we even arrived. In the welcome email, I learned the upstairs toilet had been out of service since January. I booked in December and was never informed. Had I known, I likely would have chosen another property, as our group needed a working upstairs bathroom. When I reached out, I was told it was in the listing—even after I explained it was added after I booked.Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 p.m., but when we arrived, the cleaner was still there and didn’t finish...

'We enjoyed our stay at Palo’s place. We easily got to the Equestrian Center and had many options for shopping and dining. Would stay here again. Our only concern was the neighborhood. Just a little rundown but otherwise centrally located.'

'Wonderful experience, the photos do not show how incredibly nice this home is! There are so many incredible upgrades that make such a huge difference, will share photos if possible - the kitchen alone is phenomenal- having high end appliances like gas stove and dishwasher, the amazing sink is in its own island surrounded by an unbelievable amount of gorgeous granite or quartz countertop (not sure which), a garbage disposal, super nice flatware, glassware, and kitchen supplies. 'When I arrived at the property it was actually smaller than I expected, but it made me love it more! Really close to grocery stores and everyday conveniences. It was close to my family that I came to visit and perfect for traveling with a small child because all the conveniences not available at a hotel was there. I would definitely book again. '

'It wasn’t my best Stay. I moved out a day early. I just couldn’t take the smell of the pet urine although it is available for you to bring pets there were ants in our heat was broke. Our Host was nice enough to bring us portable heaters and he calls someone out to get the heat fixed they had two other ports, which took a couple days. The day the part came in the technician wanted to come around 5 PM. That was just too late so I advised to Host to have him to fix it once we checked out.'

'Served us for the night. Cannot recommend though. Bathroom sink hits me mid thigh, I’m 5’7”. Okay bed, we crashed but… linens meh, bedspread had what I assume was dog poop gives one an uneasy feeling about the whole place and cleanliness routine. '
