« We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is wonderful, kind, and very helpful for getting around Hakuba! It’s very close to Goryu and several restaurants. They also serve dinner and breakfast there if you don’t want to go out, and the food truck outside is a big plus. It was great to have a quiet accommodation near the slopes. The dry room has a spot to place your ski equipment as well. »

« Close access to the ski slopes. Property and room is a little rundown and old compared to as advertised. Hot water was not working but staff accommodated me to another room. Room has poor noise isolation so you can hear your neighbors. Toilet seat lid does not stay up! Friendly and helpful staff nevertheless. »

« Owners are very nice ,the lady knows a bit of English. She made delicious breakfast. Bring your own towel, otherwise extra charge. Walking distance to Hkuba Goryu ski Resort about 5-10 min. My room included private bathroom and shower. »

« Had a really good stay here! The pictures online do no justice. Great location - amazing Mountain View’s from the room and dining spaces (better than in Hakuba), Very clean, amazing staff, good food! No regrets. They actually exceeded my expectations here! Would definitely return »

« Loved this hotel. Very friendly staff and beautiful rooms and onset. Staff transferred us from and to the train station. There is a bus stop right outside that take you to happo, Hakuba 47, Goryu and Iimori all free of charge. Short walk to Echoland restaurants and a great Ramen restaurant opposite the local 7-11. »

« This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a more traditional Japanese stay while in a ski town! The lady at the front desk was amazing and super helpful! The onsen was a great added bonus! The breakfast was always very good! Good location between happo one and the bus terminal. Also ski rentals are very close. Everything in walking distance. »

« Very clean, modern hotel with excellent service from the staff. The hotel shuttle to the ski areas in Hakuba was very convenient. The hotel shuttle even picked us up when we were shopping in town and could not catch an Uber or Taxi. The service was exceptional. »

« Stay 2 nights in KAI ALPS. Hair on the bed but I used my own bedsheet. My package stayed with breakfast and dinner. The menu wasn’t changed after check-in. The female staff was unhelpful and her statement totally inconsistent with earlier statement. Who said the menu can only change by 6pm, but end up still cannot change the menu next day. This hotel is not worth to stay. We will not come back again and do not recommend to my friends and families. »

« This hotel was absolutely incredible. It’s located just five minutes from Happo-One, which made getting to the slopes unbelievably convenient. The ski shuttle service the hotel provides is also fantastic. Whenever you want to ski, you simply go down to the ski concierge, let them know you’re heading out, and they’ll have all of your gear ready—clean, dry, and warm. « The room was well prepared with everything needed. The projector was a fun addition for our evening entertainment. The washing machine is in not in the unit, but in the shared management building. Driving to the location was quite an adventure for us in the heavy snow condition. We were not used to driving in snow, and the roads are narrow and snowy. »
