Cape House 5 bedroom villa on Kas Penisula overlooking the Mediterranean

Cape House is a private waterfront,two storey private detached villa with large private pool and private sea-access jetty to the beautiful waters of the Mediterranean sea.As you walk in to the large living area you are confronted with beautiful views of the sea,the small islands and the Taurus Mountains.With it´s open planning and high ceilings the living area has a lovely, light, tranquil feeling about it.You can choose to dine indoors or outside on the extensive terraces.As the villa faces the west you will enjoy spectacular sunsets every evening.The downstairs area inludes 4 en-suite bedrooms.Two of these bedrooms have sea views but all of of them have their own access to the outdoor pool area.

There is also a seperate laundry room with extra fridge for your poolside drinks.
In addition there is a studio which has an en-suite double bedroom built under the car port (seperate from the main villa). It has seperate entrance,also has A/C and a treadmill if you fancy a workout!
Take the private pathway down to your own sea platform and access to the beautiful Mediterranean where you can sunbathe, swim and enjoy use of the kayaks(2) provided.There is a covered parking area for 2 cars or you can make use of the local minibus service(´dolmus´) to take you the 10 minutes drive into the centre of Kas.

Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 15.00hrs, and checkout at 10.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our house keepers to do our work.
Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £300 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 10 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.
