« We’ve been to Kapalua many times - always love it here. The condo was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The host Lisa was very welcoming and responsive. We really appreciated having some starter supplies (a few trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc..) and even some kitchen basics like salt/pepper and Saran Wrap. The kitchen was well appointed - plenty of dishes, silverware and pots/pans. Would definitely stay here again. »

« The actual condo accommodation was a 10/10. Dealing with KBM management company was less than ideal and detracted from the experience. KBM sent innumerable emails and texts including a strict 11 AM check out which felt more like a "get out." The charged an additional $300/day "registration fee" that was never disclosed. « Room was clean and comfortable. Kitchen could use a few more items to make it feel more like home: stemless wine glasses (or white wine glasses with stems), dish rack or mat for hand washed dishes, chip clips (or even a few clothes pins), and the refrigerator may need service. It runs constantly but items aren’t very cold. »
