Unable to e-mail, kept pinging back. Phoned but no English. Reception was unprepared for checking in, again no English. Safe not working properly. Returned to room one afternoon and found the lock on the door was broken and insecure, had to change rooms. The breakfast was very unhygienic, flies on uncovered salad, fruit etc. It was a shame because the staff worked really hard especially the young girl on the reception. Resort was ideally located for The Bridge, museum etc
