Situated on the 10th tee box of world-famous Francis H. I'i Brown South course, aka Mauna Lani Golf Course, this Townhome is just a couple of blocks away from the Mauna Lani Golf Clubhouse and the WikiWiki (9-hole) course.
The Townhome rental includes complimentary access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club, one of the best snorkeling beaches on the Big Island. While at the Beach Club, enjoy food and drinks from Napua, an Open Table 4.5-star beachfront dining experience.
NEW: Our guests enjoy Preferred Green fees at both Mauna Lani and nearby Waikoloa Beach Golf with our Memberships!
The Golf Villas exercise room, swimming pool and jacuzzi-tub are across the street from the Townhome. Additionally, this Townhome has its own gas grill on the back lanai.
Work remotely from paradise! High-speed Internet, Spectrum Cable Silver programming, including HBO, Showtime and Golf Channel is included in your rental. In additional to expanded Cable TV, stream your own Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video accounts on the Bedroom TVs. Free streaming movie and TV channels are also available. For those who can't get completely away from work, the workstation in the loft gives you the space and Internet speed you need to get back to your vacation in no time.

Property was overall excellent! Very clean and well decorated. Proximity to the pool and gym was great for kids to go swim or workout in-between activities on the island. Beach club had amazing snorkeling but was a bit crowded. I would definitely come back and stay at this property.

Wonderful Vacation - Highly Recommend.
The property was excellent - great location, very comfortable, well appointed. The only minor downside was the lack of dishes - only 4 dinner plates, 4 salad plates and 4 bowls. Wasn’t enough for our family of 5 - plenty of silverware, etc however!

Fantastic location!
Great location - super close to the beautiful pool and very close to the best "private" beach on the Kona coast:). Allyson was fantastic and very responsive. We also loved our golf cart rental from Sheldon at golfcarshawaii.com! Would easily go back to this property again!

Kona finally
We had to cancel 4 trips in 2020 and were so excited to come back to the island. Everything was perfect. The condo was so nice and roomy. The pool was right across and private beach access was great!! Great place to stay!
