The pool was great and the house was well appointed. The only things that were frustrating to us, were the need to ask for the codes to things (they were not given in advance) such as the gate code to the community and the code to the side garage door. I feel like any codes to things you would naturally need access to should be included clearly in the welcome email. The only other issue we had was with the bbq. It was in such a deplorable condition that it would actually catch fire easily even while using on low temperatures. We asked for it to be cleaned, and the property manager was very responsive. However, the maintenance people who must have come while we were out did NOT clean the bbq at all. My husband did his best to clean it so we could use it, which is not ideal when you do not have the proper equipment, such as gloves, shop-vac, etc. Overall, that was the most frustrating part of the stay. No one wants to cook everything indoors while it is nearly 80 degrees outside and the A/C is not allowed to go below 73. These bbq's should be cleaned after every guest, or at a minimum once a month, for safety reasons.
