(Note: Mauna Kea hotel pool, cabana service, and fitness center will be reserved exclusively for Mauna Kea guests starting in 2027).

Registration & Important Details
Mandatory Pre-Arrival Registration: The optional pass must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay. Host will register on behalf of guests for access upon booking.

*Separate fees apply for golf tee times, tennis/pickleball court rentals, clinic bookings, spa treatments, and beach watersport gear. All facilities, operating hours, availability, and renovation schedules are managed exclusively by resort leadership and may change. Host assumes no liability for amenity closures, disruptions, or policy modifications enacted by resort management.


USER AGREEMENT: After your booking is accepted, you will receive a copy of our home and resort use agreement. We require this to be signed and returned along with photo ID in order to confirm your booking.

IMPORTANT: Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Guests are reminded to keep lanai/patio doors closed especially at night. If our guest spots more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.



TRAVELING WITH FRIENDS/FAMILY: We can coordinate multiple units within Hapuna Beach Residences so your entire group stays together. Whether it's a family reunion, multi-generational trip, or a getaway with friends, just let us know how many units you need and we'll make it happen.
