'We have had a wonderful stay in the Grand Hyatt. Very nice and helpful, flexible personel, great view and an upgrade as great surprise. Also the restaurant is very good: diner and breakfirst. We realy recomand a stay in this hotel We never have had such an experience!!!'

'quick check inn service, warm, casual, personal and hospitable staff. large and neat rooms. I did not know much information or was not mentioned when checking. Like how you can reach reception? During your stay you can get free drinks like juice. that had been told by one of the permanent staff. Unfortunately! I didn't think breakfast was special. I didn't get much service and was pretty messy. no sugar or salt and pepper at the table. I have to ask one of the management members if I can get it....

'It’s a very nice hotel. The only thing is that they close the pool by every a drop of rain that falls down. That was really a bit excessive and annoying. Especially for the kids who like to play in the pool even with a little rain.'

'Top hotel, vriendelijk personeel, mooi zwembad en goede locatie! Ondanks dat het hotel best vol was is het een hele rustige omgeving en daardoor erg prettig. Klein minpuntje, het personeel bij de bar van het zwembad was iets te enthousiast met de verkoop van drank en zonder het te weten van elkaar. Hierdoor werd je dus te vaak door verschillende personeelsleden aangesproken.'

'We had a pleasant stay in the hotel, was our second time here. Nice renovated rooms with all the amenities you need. 24/7 gym was excellent! Good breakfast with different choices (Asian, Indian, and western cuisine), though I would like to have seen more "tropical fruits" than melon and pineapple. Friendly staff, very helpful.'
