'When I arrived the Ohara festival had just started, which meant Tenmonkan was closed off. That also meant public transport either did not run, or was forced to take a detour. Something to remember if you’re ever in Kagoshima in the beginning of November. The room is a standard size, the noise coming in from the streets virtually nonexistent. The hotel staff was very friendly.'

'Hotel ist okay, Lage ist gut'

'The staff are friendly and helpfull. The rooms are small, but very comfortabel and clean. Looks like the hotel is New. Centre, streetcar and Aquarium are near.'

'Over great property, it’s an older hotel but very nice and I would stay here again'
