Walk into our beautiful condo, step out on the large lanai, enjoy the fabulous ocean view, and you know that you've reached your ultimate vacation destination. There is truly no reason to leave as you sit on the lanai, sipping your coffee or drinks and view the surfers out front, the turtles below and the whales and dolphins beyond.

With a newly remodeled kitchen you can enjoy the luxury of new cherry cabinets, granite counter tops and new appliances while taking in the breathtaking view outside.

Despite the relaxation and solitude, if you want sightseeing, shopping or adventure, you still have access to all that Big Island offers. Visit the volcano, stroll old town Kailua-Kona, take a parasail ride, go hiking or mountain biking, snorkeling and/or scuba, the opportunities are endless. We are centrally located and close to beautiful beaches and snorkeling areas.

Our oceanfront condominium has everything you are looking for! Treat yourself to an oceanfront master bedroom suite and lanai. Our home is decorated with comfortable, wood laminate floors and a tile entry and kitchen.

There is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms and a washer and dryer are also included.

There is Wi-Fi access in the unit for your laptop/tablet/phone. LED TV with 70+ cable channels and internet access for Pandora/Netflix/etc.

The large lanai affords privacy along with space to have wonderful meals, lay on a chaise lounge and sun or just take in the gorgeous view.

Payments made through Vrbo and/or with a credit card have an additional 3.09% payment fee.

Great view! Access to breach items to enjoy your stay. Because of the time of year saw Humpback whales from the lanai. Sea turtles and tropical fish also spotted in the waters below. Bob not only told us how we could save money prior to our arrival but immediately responded to my message sent through Vrbo. Would definitely try to stay at this place the next time we are visiting Kona.

We had a wonderful 8 night stay in December 2025. The condo was well-maintained, well-equipped and very comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 4. With the top-floor location right on the water the view from the Lanai really is stunning: the sunset was beautiful every single day, and in the mornings we enjoyed looking out for whales and leaping spinner dolphins - and were lucky enough to spot some. We also loved being able to leave the lanai doors ajar to keep the unit cool - we found we never needed the A/C! - and to hear the impressive sound of the ocean. The location is car-dependent but there are plenty of options for groceries and dining within a short driving distance and parking is plentiful, spacious and covered. Bob was an excellent host, providing clear and timely communication and making our stay 100% issue free. Definitely a 5 star find.

Absolutely amazing views!! This location is ideal as it’s close to the major restaurants and shops, but far enough away that you can enjoy the amazing ocean sounds. Bob was very responsive and provided everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great location and well equipped condo!

Everything about our stay went well - communication with Bob was on time and very helpful. Condo was clean and very well equipped for travelers with items like beach towels and snorkel gear. Location was perfect - a few blocks away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Kona but minutes from boat launches for snorkeling. We loved the quietness and the views from the lanai were great - nothing beats breakfast watching local surfers and stunning sunsets!

Love that Lanai

This condo really is great. It has everything you could want. We tend to cook a lot when we stay in a rental and we found everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. The bed was comfortable and I love the ceiling fans. We ate every meal on the lanai and that was our go to place in the mornings and evenings. The condo is exactly 2 miles from the Coconut Grove Market, and only a 1/2 mile from the Ali'i Marketplace. I ran and walked down Ali'i Road daily for one reason or another. On-site parking and laundry in the unit are also big pluses! Bob was wonderful to deal with and very responsive. The only negative for me was the bathmats. Please invest in some new ones. I couldn't tell if they really hadn't been washed or are well used and stained. This is easily fixable though and would not preclude me from recommending this great place. We had an issue getting in (which apparently was user error on our part). We didn't realize that you turn the key and push the door open at the same time, so Bob came and rescued us so we could get in. Once that mystery was solved, everything was great. Hopefully that pro-tip saves you the call.

Wonderful location and awesome views!

Loved our stay in this condo! It was very comfortable and well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The view from the lanai was awesome and I spent every morning enjoying it while eating my breakfast! You are right on top of the ocean! The location is fantastic with restaurants, grocery stores and shops nearby. It was centrally located on the island so all points of interest were never more the 2 hours away! Bob, the owner, was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend this condo and would stay there again!

Wonderful Place with amazing views!

Our family (including sons 16 and 20) spent a week here. It was close to everything and a really great base of operations (you can get anywhere on the big island within 2 hours). The view from the lanai was incredible - we spent a lot of time sitting out there, reading and watching the surfers. Loved the kitchen - better stocked than any others I have stayed in. Everything was clean and easily accessible. It was very quiet, even though there seemed to be plenty of people staying there. Bob is great - very timely in his response to email. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic View

Fabulous view of the ocean. Could sit all day and watch surfers and the wildlife in the rock pools on the seashore. Apt is well stocked with everything you’d need, from snorkeling gear, beach stuff and little things left over from other tourists like sunblock, after sun etc. There were family board games and an old binder full of info of places of interest to visit and good eateries. The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions that I had. Definitely recommend, would stay again if I were to come back to the Big Island.

Comfortable and convenient

Easy access to town and restaurants and a great place to relax at the end of a busy day of sightseeing! Included all the beach toys too big or too heavy to pack - towels, boogey boards, snorkel equipment, etc. We had fun just outside the door - walking around the tide pools, enjoying the sunsets and watching turtles and surfers. The information in the room from the owner took us to some wonderful snorkeling spots! Awesome vacation!

We had a great experience at Bob’s condo. He was very easy to communicate with. We had everything we needed and the view to the beach was stunning! We were visiting for the Ironman WC and the condo is on the run course which, was perfect for my family to cheer and stay comfortable.
