« The property is really conveniently located right in the heart of Kailua. Restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, whatever it is you need, it's right there. It was nicely furnished with everything we needed for our regrettably short stay. The welcome treats were also appreciated! Underground parking was great as it keeps the car out of the hot Hawaiian sun. The only tricky part is finding the entrance to the parking - mapping apps don't always get this right, but it's easy once you know to...

« Wow. What a beautiful, serene escape. It is an older property that could use a few upgrades, but I think that’s part of its charm. Nothing could ever beat falling asleep to sounds of the waves crashing right outside your lanai. I’ve already recommended this place to a few people and would 100% return. »

« Nice condo just a few minute walk to downtown Kona. It was clean with great AC. Bed was comfortable and could easily be a stay for long term rental. We were just there a few days and had a great time! Highly recommend! »

« This place had everything that we needed. The communal BBQs were great to use, especially the ones along the beach where you could watch the sunset. The laundry within the unit was so helpful (laundry soap provided). The location is a short drive (or walk) to great beaches and farmers markets. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing that I wished it had was a little laundry line on the deck to hang beach towels since you can't have them along the railing and there is limited spots...
