View the ocean as you walk into this recently updated condo. You will be struck by how close the ocean is. Enjoy watching surfers, turtles, dolphins and whales(in season) as you sip your coffee on the lanai.

Despite the relaxation and solitude, if you want sightseeing, shopping or adventure, you still have access to all that Big Island offers. Visit the volcano, stroll old town Kailua-Kona, take a parasail ride, go hiking or mountain biking, snorkeling and/or scuba, the opportunities are endless. We are centrally located and close to beautiful beaches and snorkeling areas.

Our oceanfront and beautifully remodeled condominium has everything you are looking for! Treat yourself to an oceanfront pool, master bedroom suite and lanai.

There is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Air conditioning keeps things cool for those few times when the trade breezes aren't flowing. Ceiling fans in all rooms and a full size washer and dryer are also included.

There is also WiFi access for your laptop/tablet/phone, a flat screen TV with access to Pandora, Hulu, Netflix along with 200+ high definition cable channels.

Payments made through Vrbo and/or with a credit card have an additional 3.09% payment fee.

Love the spacious condo, amazing views of the ocean and surfers out in the water from Banyan Beach both morning and evening. So fun to watch them! Unit was well stocked, and also had chairs and snorkel equipment available. Very comfortable bed. Nice to have an assigned parking spot to come back to. Easy check-in and communication with owner. Would definitely stay here again!

The view is amazing and we loved listening to the waves and watching the surfers! The unit itself was adequate. It suffers from deferred maintenance and it’s too bad because the location is very nice. The refrigerator is very old and rusty, with an ice cube tray only. The Internet was very poor in the unit but fine out by the elevator, so no movie watching, and taking care of reservations or travel plans within the unit was very difficult. The electrical outlets were loose so the lamps constantly flickered and it was hard to charge our phones. The cleaning was superficial, for example it was very dirty under the bed. I really think it’s a great location but overall condition was disappointing.

Great Location and Value for Kona!

Bob was easy to communicate with throughout the booking process and the location right on the water was truly amazing! The condo had everything we needed for exploring the area, like snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Watching the surfers from the lanai was fun, and being near the town activities and restaurants was also convenient. The AC was a nice add on as well, though it does get hot in the twin bedroom at night- fyi. Overall a great trip to Kona that we will remember!

Great condo

The condo was a great layout for 2 adults and 2 teens. Such a nice quiet condo complex felt like we had it to ourselves. Good distance from anywhere on the island. About 30 min to the closest gorgeous beach. Inside the condo was anything you could need like beach chairs, Snorkel masks, boogie boards. Very accurate listing 10 min from downtown Kona, grocery stores, restaurants. Great view of the ocean. Owner answered questions promptly. We truly loved it here.

Amazing Stay in Kona

We had an absolutely wonderful time in this unit in Kona. The condo is right on the beach and has a great pool. It's close to everything in the city. There are many restaurants close by. This was our first trip to Hawaii and I didn't know the area at all but Bob gave great advice and there is a fantastic book of recommendations in the unit. We were lucky enough to see the volcano erupt while we were there. Saw it start erupting on the live feed and immediately drove to the national park. Pro Tip- You can get to the National Park faster if you take the southern route. It has more twists and turns but less traffic since you avoid folks coming the other way from Hilo.Back to the room, it was clean, easy to get to, parking was great, and the AC was just what we needed. I would highly recommend this unit.

Sweet surf spot

Would have given 5 stars but the hot tub didn’t have any water in it. The condo itself is well maintained for an ocean front property. The elevator is grimy but the condo was clean. We had a great time. The surf spot is on a reef and really only for experienced surfers. Gorgeous views that can’t be beat

Big Views on the Big Island

Great stay, beautiful views. Fun time having coffee, listening to the waves and watching the surfers from the balcony. Unit was as advertised. Excellent location, close to everything. Beach chairs worked out great. The washer and dryer were very nice to have available. Excellent communication throughout the stay. We had a minor issue with the AC, they offered to take care of it, but we said it was no big deal not to worry we just wanted to let them know about it. We requested an evening check out, they said OK and surprised us with no extra charge.

An incredible 180 degree view of the ocean

Our family of 4 are frequent visitors to Big Island and we have stayed in many places along Ali'i Drive. This condo has a gorgeous view of the ocean - so close that you can almost feel the splash of the big waves. We loved the fact that no one is looking into your condo. It was spacious enough for the four adults and we spent many hours in the condo playing games and having meals on the lanai. The owner is very nice and communicative. We highly recommend this property!

Ocean Adjacent

Beautiful condo, very clean. With everything you need and a small market across the street if you forget anything. Best of all is the Lanai is literally a few feet from the ocean with waves crashing. We kept the windows and doors open for the breeze and slept great. During daylight hours we had surfers to entertain us. Plus, the big island has so many great activities. The owners left a personalized guide which gives some great insights.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The condo was spacious for our family of 3. The kitchen was well stocked not only with utensils but also essentials like salt, pepper, sugar. The view from the lanai was breathtaking. The highlight of our trip was watching whales right from the lanai which we did not expect at all! Plenty of towels, body boards, snorkeling kits - we had everything we needed for a cozy and fantastic stay. Highly recommend

Amazing views!

Bob’s property was great to stay in! We have stayed in different Hawaii islands and similar properties and this felt like home. Bob was easy to communicate with, and took care of anything that needed attention right away. We hope to come back and stay at one of Bob’s properties again in the near future!

We picked this property based on location on the water with the perfect view of the water. Opened up the goody closet to discover chairs snorkeling gear etc. We never used the air conditioner since the condo is cooled by ocean breeze this time of year.
