Hawaiian paradise at Kona Isle

  • Wenselijke begane grond unit gelegen op het prachtige terrein van Kona Isle en op slechts een steenworp afstand van een zonne-energie verwarmd buitenzwembad met direct uitzicht op de oceaan lounge en BBQ gebied op de rotsachtige kustlijn. Een mooie en ontspannende omgeving om te genieten in de zon, te ontspannen in de schaduw, walvissen en het zeeleven of de zonsondergang te bekijken. Kona Isle ligt naast het Ali'i-zoutwaterzwembad dat door de staat wordt beheerd (niet onder toezicht, zwemmen / gebruiken op eigen risico).

    Onze eenheid is een mooi ingericht appartement met een slaapkamer een badkamer met grote flatscreen televisie, kabel televisie en WIFI internet. A / C-eenheid biedt een comfortabele ruimte om te ontspannen na een dag vol avontuur op het paradijselijke eiland Hawaï.

    Het apparaat heeft een volledig uitgeruste keuken (geen oven) met vaatwasser, inloopdouche in de badkamer en een wasmachine / droger in het apparaat.

    Kona Isle ligt in de buurt van Kailua met verschillende restaurants en winkelcentra, White Sands Beach Park, Kahalu'u Beach Park en de Ali'i Garden Market. Een lokale trolley stopt voor Kona Isle en is beschikbaar voor transport naar verschillende lokale gebieden.

    Geen huisdieren of roken toegestaan, minimaal vijf nachten met minimaal 10 nachten tijdens Ironman en Kerstmis.

The condo was perfect for our stay! It was a great location for everything we wanted to do in Hawaii: close to sight-seeing, good beaches, and right on the property was a beautiful view of the ocean to start every morning and end every night.

Cute vacation rental in Kona

We really enjoyed our stay in James's condo! It's a great location, really close to everything in the Kona area, and we especially loved spending time on the terrace and in the pool, plus the fact that the Ali'i Salt Water Pool is right next-door!

Quiet on shore

The unit was clean and well stocked. Just far enough away from mid town to be quiet. The other guests and owners on the property were very friendly and informative. Great all around location and we would stay again.

Hawaiian Getaway

This property was the perfect place for our Hawaiian getaway. The location is superb. It’s close to town and within walking distance of many amenities like coffee shops, markets, restaurants, and shopping. The complex is oceanfront with a pool and private beach area. A great place to relax and enjoy the amenities. The condo was clean and well appointed. The owners were communicative and check in was a breeze. This is a property we would definitely return to.

Ultimate relaxation

Very comfortable condo in a convenient location close to many restaurants and beaches. Everything you need to prepare meals for a night in and also beach necessities provided which was much appreciated for days at the beach. Great amenities, we frequented the pool and grilling area. James was very responsive with a few questions I had and was accommodating when we arrived in the area a little prior to check in time. Would definitely come back if we find ourselves visiting Hawaii again in the future.

Fabulous condo in Kona!

Everything about this condo was perfect! It was beautifully designed for vacation rental, with all the accoutrements we could have imagined included. We were able to eat outside on the patio most meals. James was a great host, very responsive- although we had very few concerns, as he covered questions we may have had with email/text instructions. We also loved the complex and how friendly they all were. Swimming in the pool, watching the Humpbacks, grilling/sunset watching right from the the property grounds.

The condo was exactly as described online. The plumbers were a bit distracting, but when we contacted the owner he put everything to rights. He even came to the property to talk to the manager while we were there. He was most considerate

Perfect stay!

We loved our stay in this condo and were sad to leave. It is one of the nicest rental properties that we’ve stayed in and we’ve stayed in a lot! It is spotless and has everything you could possibly need. The A/C was a must especially in the BR. Don’t let anyone tell you it’s not necessary in Hawaii! For us, the best thing is the oceanfront location. We spent many hours sitting on the little private beach. It’s the perfect place to watch the sunset with a glass of wine and you don’t have to fight the crowds! James was lighting fast at replying to all questions. Book this slice of paradise and you won’t be sorry!

Noise

The condo is lovely. The only issue I had was that the bedroom window opened directly onto main corridor. Several nights other guests came home late, 1-2 am, were drunk, drinking and yelling loudly. That was frustrating. I don't know what you can do about that situation.

My adult kids stayed here while I stayed in another unit. Here are their notes:Yvonne and James:Thank you so much for providing such a lovely space for our stay; the accommodations were beautiful, comfortable, and functional! We also very much appreciate the treats of chocolate and coffee, truly the perfect welcome! Below I have listed a couple of issues we noticed during our stay.The dryer does not appear to be working, the drum turns and timers work, but the heat element seems to be in need of repairThe right closet door comes off the track quite easily, it seems the track lock piece is not attached to the top postThe upper small floating shelf in the bathroom is tilted forward, and seems a bit detached from the wall backingThe bug spray in the closet was empty when we went to use it.There is only one business card left.One of the knives in the knife block was missing. A drawer on the left side of the dresser is missing the pull ring and seems to be broken.The first aid kit was empty, with only a bandaid or two.They loved the decor and the AC in the bedroom.

Beautiful little condo!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is very clean and well appointed. Very well maintained. We stayed with our five year old son and on the night we arrived the pull out couch had been set up with sheets and pillows already laid out. This was such a nice touch and very much appreciated after a long day of travel. The condo grounds are beautiful. Also very well maintained. The pool is nice. It was a bit busy in the afternoons, which we liked because our son had a couple of children to play with. But it was empty most mornings and evenings.Beautiful ocean front location, lovely to cook dinner at the bbqs and watch the sun set! James was very responsive when a question came up. Would definitely recommend for a couple or small family. We would stay again when we visit Kona. The “public” salt water pool is not swimmable. Maybe it was due to the time of year, but it is covered in algae and full of fish and other sea creatures. Although, we did enjoy going to see the fish, crabs and snails that currently live in it :)

Fabulous condo with great views

Condo was amazing. Fully stocked with everything you need. Great access to ocean to watch sunrise and sunset. Close to everything. Walking distant to market. Definitely one of the best places we have stayed.
