'All the staff at this hotel were lovely. Our suite on the 12th floor had an amazing view of the ocean that we woke up to every morning. The kitchen is more of a kitchenette but did the job for our stay. We didn’t use the rooftop much as we have a toddler but we did check it out and it seemed great. It’s not right on the ocean but very close to Araha park/beach which was awesome.'

'Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and it was perfect having a washer and dryer in the room. Beds were comfortable. Great location to American Village, beautiful view of the water.'

'The room is hot and stuffy, staff offered room change but it doesnt help. Parking is far from hotel, and need walk up slope/stairs, not ideal for family with disabled and children. Breakfast restaurant is not well equipped, food runs out very quickly. Look elsewhere if you looking for a comfortable accommodation.'

'A super-clean, spacious, thoughtfully-designed suite with a small kitchen & a washing machine inside each room. The hotel is located next to American Village, but the room was quiet. Breakfast buffet included made-to-order omelet station, and the restaurant offers very delicious dinner. The rooftop infinity pool is beautiful, but it costs extra 2,000 yen, so we didn't use it.'

'Great location and wonderful staff.'

'Hotel was clean, rooms were clean and comfortable. Convenient location.'
