'Great place to stay. Loved the room, very clean and comfortable. Great location to Williams and Grand Canyon. '

'We did not stay due to extreme temperatures and no a/c. The room temp was uncomfortable. We asked for a refund and did not get an acceptable response. Very uncooperative.'

'Very clean. Helpful and great location'

'Bathroom lighting was bright along with a large mirror, small touches that improved mornings here noticeably.'

'Great little small place to get away'

'Fue increíble, felicitó al dueño de la propiedad. Nunca había ida a un sitio tan completo. Dios lo bendiga mucho.'

'WiFi signal stayed strong so I managed work calls without issues during downtime from sightseeing tours nearby.'

'In the state of Arizona, especially during the summer months when temperatures are often at or above 100 degrees it is a save bet that if you are operating a rental property that Air Conditioning is a standard. No where did it indicate that this rental did not include Air Conditioning and the room only had a ceiling fan. When the pre-check-in information was sent it even discussed not setting the thermostat below 73 degrees. This was very misleading and beyond disappointing!'

'Good location. Around an hour drive to Grand Canyon. RV was clean. One of the curtains for a bedroom was broken. Lichen had enough utensils to cook.'

'The RV was a wonderful experience, very clean, and the park has outstanding staff and amenities....I will definitely be returning for a more extended stay....! '

'Property was pet friendly '

'The pictures are accurate. I had plenty of space to cook for my family of 5. The main bed was firm yet comfortable. The Grand Canyon was 1 hr away. Safeway’s and Restaurants were near by. It was close to the freeway but little to no noise was heard. The park was very quiet, people were responsible. I felt very safe walking around. The grounds were well cared for. The shower clearance was about 5’8”. But there is a separate shower/ Bathroom area available. The air conditioning and heating worked...

'Unit B is a perfect place for a couple who enjoy outdoor activities in Kanab area. We stayed there for 4 nights and felt that it is not enough. The room is very clean, the wisher/dryer in the unit is very convenient so that you do not have to pack too much clothing'

'Small yurt , just about room enough for one person. Beautiful surroundings. Communal toilet is clean. Room cleaning fee charged but no cleaning service provided during the six nights I stayed.'

'Everything was great! Nice little spot right by the road with a cool view. Plenty of space and updated amenities.'
