'The room was clean. The W/D were OUTSIDE… not listed… the door to the outside did not lock…. So the property was NOT secure. Three roaches were on the counter next to the MW… bad place.. stay at your peril.'

'Beautiful condo - cozy, spacious and clean. Excellent communication with owner. We appreciated the boogie boards and beach equipment. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having 2 bathrooms for the 4 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. Being so close to the beautiful beaches was a huge plus. 'The location is absolutely amazing. The yard is huge. The fruits in the yard are absolutely amazing. The parking is amazing everything there is ideal as far as location space everything absolutely everything. However, when you’re renting your home, you need to make sure that there are some safety issues taken care of the biggest concern that I had was there were five loose boards on the deck that wraps around the home those boards need to be lifted and replaced as soon as possible. 'My family (wife and two children - 13 and 15) had a great experience while staying here in early January. Location is great if you are looking for a balance of access to top surfing locations on the north shore, family time at local beaches or a round of golf. The TBay condo exceeded expectations in terms of overall living space and cleanliness. We look forward to booking again in the near future!'
