'The location of the hotel is very nice: sight on the pyramids when you lay in bed. On top of that is the hotel modern and the people who work there are more than wonderfull: Zahar does the cleaning perfectly and the people of the reception are so so so helpfull. No question is too much. They book trips aswell with nice chauffeurs who know their way. Also for a reasonable price. This hotel is really worthwhile booking. I certainly would come back!!!'

'The property and rooms were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was enjoyable, though it would be an improvement if croissants and plain scrambled eggs were added to the menu. Ayman, the receptionist, was very welcoming and professional. The rooftop restaurant is a highlight, offering a beautiful view of the three pyramids. 'This a brand new hotel with an amazing view close to the center It is very clean and the staff is so friendly They have very good kitchen and tasty food The breakfast is delicious and room service is good Overall i had 2 nights and it was good Had no issues and it is safe'

'Vriendelijk personeel, Hotel is moeilijk te vinden, verscholen achter een snelweg. Kamers schoon, maar geen stoel op de kamer of een tafeltje. Werken niet te doen. In de omgeving is niets te beleven. Wel mooi uitzicht op het dakterras op de pyramieden. Een stella biertje kost je 100 Egyptische pond. Elders veel voordeliger.'

'Staff at this hotel were extremely accommodating and kind. The room was very clean and I liked the special touches from Egypt. There was a little language barrier which is expected. Th downfalls is that none of the amenities worked. The tv wasn’t and Wi-Fi both weren’t working. This is a nosy section with screaming kids until at least 1AM. The rooftop view was incredible!'

'I was able to cross off the pyramids of things that I needed to see in this lifetime without even leaving my beautiful gorgeous perfect accommodation. The manager on duty, Hasnan, made sure that my stay was beyond my expectations! My custom tradition style breakfast made to order was brought to my room with full service and all included. Having it on my private balcony with full view of those mighty pyramids was probably the highlight of my trip. '

"This was the worst hotel i've been in years. Breakfast and diner were good. But besides that everything was not good. Crew verbally fighting infront of my table. Shower turns from to hot to cold in seconds during your shower. A lot of noice from the street (and I was on 4th floor). Huge internet router in the room (so yeah good wifi) but it had a huge green light wich led the room. And Egyptian people in general don't understand what boundaries are. They keep crossing it."
