Téléphérique de Tsakhkadzor

We had a great time at Downtown Suites Yerevan. The central location made it extremely easy to see many of Yerevan's top sites, and some rooms even have views of Republic Square or Mt. Ararat! The rooms were large, new, and well equipped. The rooms were great for families and extended stays. There was plenty of storage space. The staff was extremely helpful, and everyone spoke English. The only downsides we had were with some of the amenities. The TV needed an external device to work, and no soap, sponges, or towels were provided in the kitchen to wash dishes or clothes. There is a market nearby where you can purchase these things. It is also possible to lock people inside the rooms. The hotel is difficult to find. There isn't any signage outside. The entrance is in the Innworks building between the Hookah Lounge and Bakery and you need a code to get to the correct floor- which is great for security, but difficult for check in. Be sure to check the emails the hotel sends you for the code and directions.
