All of the surfaces in our POSHPADZ Properties are cleaned with Anti-virus cleaners which kill 99.9% of viruses for 24 hours. Villa KoaLua is a luxury 2 bed 2 bath condo located in Jupiter Beach. 10 minute walk to the sand. The unit is located on the 2nd floor and offers 2 private balconies with lovely views of the community lake. The community offers 2 heated pools, tennis courts, and an on site restaurant which overlooks one of the community pools and the community lake. Both bedrooms offer luxurious King size beds and flat screen TV's. There is even a George Foreman Grill on the balcony!
This property has been fully renovated & designed from floor to ceiling by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team. Everything is new & modern and you can't beat the prime location! Additional features include a large balcony just off the living room area, and a second private balcony off the King Master Suite, both of which overlook the community lake. *All arrivals & Departures on 12/24-12/25-12/31-1/1 will be subject to a $150.00 holiday check in convenience fee due upon arrival- No exceptions.
All guests are greeted by POSHPADZ staff, walked around the property to check no damages in the property. Check in is similar to checking into a hotel.
