Close to June Mountain

This place needs new photos. We were very surprised that the house and furniture looked very new compared to the photos. The photos don’t do the justice. Our family of 4 and our friend’s family of 4 had plenty of space and it was more than we expected! Very clean, affordable and pleasant in the woods. Only few mins from June mountain. The rental manager was very friendly as well. Would love to come back!!!

Hideaway from the crowds

Nice open layout, lots of space. Master suite is really nice with a comfortable bed, fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Back deck has views of the mountains and was enjoyed even in the winter months with the wonderful sunny exposure. Not having a hot tub to soak in after a day of skiing, the jacuzzi tub was a great alternative. Fully equipped kitchen. We cooked every meal at the house and did not feel like there was anything lacking. Great, quiet, neighborhood. Close to hiking trails, June Lake and June Mountain. We appreciated having the garage and the extra storage for skis and boots downstairs. The condo is showing its age (light bulbs burned out, stains on the carpet, knobs missing from cabinets) but nothing that takes away from the appeal of the property. The upstairs stays really warm and the downstairs stays cool. Most of the time we had the windows open upstairs so that the thermostat would kick on for the downstairs. Water heater is large enough to fill the jacuzzi tub but you need the water heater tank FULL or it will not fill with enough hot water. And then don't plan on needing hot water for the next hour. Fridge did not work - freezer was working but not the fridge. Thankfully it was cool enough we could put stuff outside except during the day we had to shuffle stuff around the sun. Management offered $100 for the inconvenience. If not for the fridge issues I’d give this place 4 stars (and I rarely give 5).

Great condo for family ski trip

We stayed at this condo in January and had a great family vacation there. Already thinking about going back next year! With four kids, the setup was perfect for us, especially the bunk room. The place was clean, kitchen well stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, pots and pans etc. Loved the fire places both in living room and bedroom. Close to the June Mountain ski resort, which was our main destination. After a full day of snowboarding, I looked forward to coming back to this warm, cozy condo, making a nice dinner, sitting by the fire and playing games or watching a movie. It was just right.

Perfect condo for June

First impressions were great. The place was very clean and neat. We had very few bowls and cups but management quickly brought more. Our only problem was with the water heater. It was so small ot wouldn't even fill the giant tub more then 1/8 of the way. They sent two plumbers which was great, but they just kinda concluded it was to small to fill the tub. That might be the silliest feature ever: a giant tub that you can't use unless you plan 3 hours in advance and heat water kettles on the stove 🤷‍♂️. All in all we are very happy with the place, management and location. J

Nice property

Good place to stay in June mountain. Close to the slopes. Nice and spacious. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Good touches like multiple fireplaces and a jacuzzi. Big living room. Well updated and modern.

Great for families

We had a great time at this place. Super close to June Mtn Resort, which is very family friendly. The layout of the house suited our family of 7 perfectly. We had one issue with the property which was addressed same day. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun trip to the mountains!

Rental needs better management

We are 3 senior adults the stairs are ok. The down stairs shower tub was too slippery every one had to use the master shower. The master shower carpet was very dirty. The master jacuzzi tub which is advertised did not work. There were several light bulbs not working which made it in side dark. Especially the front porch which has a step and was very very dangerous with no porch light. The back patio light not working and the bbq was filthy. The pots and pans were fine. Dishes were chipped. Cooking utensils were cheap, broken. No can opener. We called management and a serviceman came and fixed some light bulbs and brought us a can opener, more kitchen towels. Servicemen came to try to fix the front door lock which was not working and was a safety concern. With a tall ladder to change to high ceiling light bulb and another ladder in the kitchen to change kitchen light bulbs we had to stay out of their way, waited for them to finish cleaning bbq and doing repairs til dinner time we had to ask them to move the kitchen ladder so we could get into the kitchen. Back patio light never worked, jacuzzi never worked. We are asked to make a note of things needing attention as soon as we arrived. These things needing attention should ALL have been working or provided. We should not have had servicemen doing repairs on our vacation time. The management company should give their rental prestay better check off list to their employees because everything was so easily to fix and renters should NOT have to give management a list that we had to that needed fixing. We are not at all picky old people but these issues really needed to be addressed. We sent management an email with photos and never received a reply. The location, size of unit and having a garage is great but the rental property definitely needs better management! For the price we expected so much better. We will not be returning to this rental property.

Great family house

Layout was great for a family looking to enjoy the beauty of the June lake loop area. Kitchen had all basic pots, pans, utensils, large dining that sit 6 plus 3 chairs out back where you can add 2 more to dining if needed. Sectional had recliners which is always fun and a small TV (no DVD player FYI). Master was great upstairs and the kids loved getting in the big jetted tub. (Also, bonus powder room upstairs was so great for when people where showering in the other 2) downstairs was a good sized room with a queen bed and had access to the lower deck. Last bedroom was the bunk room which my kids absolutely love to use on vacation (4kids 11,7,5,5). It was great! The bathroom downstairs has a tub shower combo. Lots of storage all over the place, if needed, and lots of kitchen cabinet storage. Great to have the garage access as well for scooter storage, chairs etc after a day of fishing you can just throw them in. (Note their is black soot all over the ground so don’t go out barefoot). All in all we would definitely stay here again!!!

Fantastic place to stay. Loved it!

The place was PERFECT. Fantastic for 2 families with small kids. Lovely set up, well appointed, great location. Would absolutely stay here again. Only minor point: you have to stop in town to get keys, so remember that for check in/out. And the downstairs shower curtain was moldy and needs to be replaced. Other than that, we LOVED it.
