'The room was great, I was on the 5th floor and the view was nice. It was quiet and smoke free. The young man at the desk was very friendly and immensely helpful with questions. He suggested a great place for dinner as well. The music from the nearby jamboree?!? Was terrible until about 11 but the stay was great.'

'We returned back to room yesterday late afternoon to find our room had not been serviced. Phone in room did not work to call front desk. My husband went down and found desk clerk who then procured fresh towels. I made the bed myself but the bathroom remained as it was, ie not cleaned. This I found to be totally unacceptable .'

'The staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival to the hotel. I travel for work and seeing a smiling face, ready to help you relax was very much appreciated. It was the room itself that was the issue for me. It was apparent that the cleaning staff decided that only partial services were warranted for my stay. 1. The hardwood laminate was nasty. It felt slick and appeared to not have been swept before my arrival. 2. The walls had 'stuff' stuck to them. It was like food stuffs were...

'Took 30 minutes and two requests for my ID from different staff to check in on a slow Tuesday afternoon. A staff member just said, “no” when i asked if she knew where i could get a bandaid. Overall, impression of staff was not especially competent or welcoming.'
