'The hotel is located in a very nice area, which is walkable, and lots of restaurants. The property is beautiful, staff is professional and welcoming, and the rooms are clean, a great size, with great bathrooms. I was very happy with the selection of this property. And, the breakfast selections were wonderful- including the addition of Greek yogurt - not just the sugary ones😁'

'The room was great, I was on the 5th floor and the view was nice. It was quiet and smoke free. The young man at the desk was very friendly and immensely helpful with questions. He suggested a great place for dinner as well. The music from the nearby jamboree?!? Was terrible until about 11 but the stay was great.'

'The staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival to the hotel. I travel for work and seeing a smiling face, ready to help you relax was very much appreciated. It was the room itself that was the issue for me. It was apparent that the cleaning staff decided that only partial services were warranted for my stay. 1. The hardwood laminate was nasty. It felt slick and appeared to not have been swept before my arrival. 2. The walls had 'stuff' stuck to them. It was like food stuffs were...

'The staff at check in was very friendly. The hotel itself is dated and worn. There is nothing in the rooms- just the bare very bare minimum. Not even tissues. It was fairly clean but there was definitely a stale smell in the room that I had to spray Lysol to reduce. There is a kitchen with a full fridge- no pots pans dishes. No coffee pot…Not a cup or anything. Then at 5 am the building fire alarm went off- smoked filled the building and we were evacuated while the fire department checked...

'I liked the location (Holly Springs, N.C.) What I disliked was the extreme low water pressure in the bathroom sink (rm. #201). I understand the water saving reasoning, but it was set to come out as a trinkle. This was a pain when you have to wash up in the morning, especially when you want to get out in a hurry. Thus a 4 instead of 5 star rating.'

'Little things made this a solid 2 star hotel. Like the sink faucet was positioned to far back from the edge of the sink making it difficult to wash your face. Also, the exposed caulking around the shower stall looked cheap and unprofessional.'

'Everything was great! The only issue was parking. There is not enough parking for the amount of guests when it’s a full hotel. Took a little while to find a place we could park. Other than that, it was excellent and we would definitely stay there again.'

'The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful until you leave. I happed to leave something in our room when we left and it was impossible to get someone to help me. It seems only housekeeping is allowed to look in the lost and found box. I left messages and couldn’t get a call back.'

'I liked real utensils and plates for breakfast in areas of town plastic. Now ce choice! would be nice if the pool had an indoor outdoor functionality because it rains a lot when I visit. I’ll be back though!'
