'Location.'

'Location was perfect. Rooms were basic but clean. My only complaint was that the rooms did not have a small table to eat our complementary breakfast. Our room was in the back and our outdoor chairs were rusted and lop sided. Not really useful. Rooms facing the ocean appeared much nicer.'

'We stayed here for 5 days and from the time we walked in everything was great and the staff was so helpful! Especially the gentleman at the desk Moe! From getting us a rollaway bed, to giving recommendations when it rained and we had to pivot our plans. He was so personably and truly cared about us as guests!
