Blokhutten in Johnson City

'The cottage was nice and secluded. There were lots of deer and Johnson city is adorable. There were lots of ants on the “porch” part of the property, lots were dead but they were still there, I am sure it’s just because it was hot and summer time in hill country. My only complaint is that the window unit was not enough to keep up and keep the cottage cool. The hosts were very communicative and everything we needed was available. We enjoyed our weekend there'

'Very nice place for'

'Awesome property, amazing views and friendly Host.'

'We were the only guests that weekend so very quiet. The property was great except for a Rollie Polie infestation by the time we left. Very convenient to the wineries we wanted to visit.'

'Happened to meet the owners on arrival. Great people and beautiful property. Dealing with the property mgmt agency was terrible. From not including the dog fee on their portal or in the rental agreement, to switching their portal the day we checked in, to not disclosing the property did not include a hair dryer, to doing nothing to solve the problem the day of the wedding. The property management company does not know basic customer service. HCPL, Hill Country Premier Lodging is not worth...

'This was the perfect cabin for my wife and I on our anniversary. Plenty of space, comfy bed, very clean. The one “negative” was the lack of counter space in the bathroom for my wife's stuff (). The pool was great and just steps away. We came into town as storms and flooding were rolling through and I reached out to the host several times for updates. Super fast responses and even checked in on us a few times. Probably the best communication I’ve had with a host at a STR, and we’ve stayed...

'Great location Space was great Host was communicative and helpful Cottage had everything needed. Did not love the damage deposit options. Chose the 1000 refundable after 5 days option since the other seems like a money grab. Parking could use assigned spaces for each cottage since the cottages have names.'
