'We loved the Dunlin! The grounds are gorgeous and the rooms are lovely. We rode bikes around the property and had an excellent time! The afternoon tea was a bit overpriced for what was served, but we still enjoyed it. I would like to mention that the room rate we chose made reference to a soaking tub and separate shower and this was not the case; we only had a shower. It was a great shower! But just know that the descriptions here are not always accurate and we were a bit disappointed.'

'This was a Memorial Day weekend trip with my husband and college aged daughter. It was amazing. Absolutely immaculate from top to bottom and I am picky. There were farm fresh eggs and produce left for us. Fresh cut flowers, homemade pecan pralines and carrots to feed the horses. We were given a tour of the beautiful property and fishing poles to fish. We came to see Charleston but I did not want to stay in town. 'The home was very clean and the the exterior views were amazing! The decor was warm and inviting. The space was perfect for our wedding! The Owner was always very responsive and easy to work with. '

The staff was very accommodating. Also, there was a really good barbeque restaurant within walking distance also, which was very helpful. '
