Negatief: Voorzieningen
1) The room constantly smelled of sewage, which was intensified when the air conditioning was turned on
2) There was dead gnats on my bed when I arrived (I have photographic evidence of this). There is clearly a gnat infestation on the premises as my room had many gnats in the room on a daily basis
3) The bidets for both toilets were not working
4) The shower water pressure was low
5) Both TVs had no channels
This was not worth the nearly £2,000 I paid to stay and I was disappointed as I expected a high end experience akin to my experiences at other high end hotels around the world. I would not recommend The Leonardo to other travellers given my experience
