Super service
Geweldige service van het personeel. Prima bar en lunch. Geregelde shuttle om naar het centrum te gaan. Prima allemaal. Alleen WiFi moet beter, telkens aanmelden is een kriem.

Uitstekende service
De service van het personeel is veruit het beste wat ik van het hotel kan zeggen. Het personeel is staat graag klaar en helpt daar waar nodig, indien gevraagd. Het is een hotel dat goed voorziet in de ondersteuning voor metsen met visuele handicap; onder meer door een pratende lift dat je vertelt op welke verdieping je staat en komt. De lsaapkamers zijn netjes en worden dagelijks schoongemaakt. Er is wel wat weinig kastruimte, maar dat vond ik zelf geen probleem. Stopcontacten zijn redelijk schaars in de kamer, maar bieden wel toegang tot Europese en Nederlandse stekkers, waardoor geen extra reisstekkers meegenomen hoeven worden. Overall beoordeling: 4/5

Geweldige service
Prijs: geweldig Schoon en comfortabel: geweldig. Ik had gelezen dat de service slecht was. Ik ben best wel kritisch; de service was echt perfect! De kamer is voor 2 personen, die geen partners zijn, wat klein. Internet is slecht, maar dat is overal in ZA, heeft dus niets met het hotel te maken. De kastruimte is te klein. Een geweldige kamer voor businessmensen, die alleen op een kamer verblijven. Bedden, douche: geweldig....Het hotel rijd je gratis naar locaties binnen een afstand van 5 km. Dit is absoluut een aanrader. (Ik ben gewend om in 5 sterrenhotels te verblijven) Die waren op de locatie echter vol.

Foi apenas 1 dia. Gostei do hotel, do quarto e do atendimento. Mas nao gostei da limpeza das louças pq os copos estavam sujos de batom e isso não é admissível, ainda mais em tempo de coronavirus que temos que ter bastante atencao com a higiene.

Checking in was quick and fast. The hotel was going through a face-lift at the time of my stay (Painting of the exterior). The room that was allocated to me had an extremely strong paint smell, aircon was noisy, aircon switch was hanging off the wall and the bedside lamp had a nasty stain. I queried this with the front desk and I was moved to another room on a different floor (after 45 minutes). The gentleman who assisted me ensured that rest of my stay was a pleasant one.

Ich kann die Unterkunft nicht bewerten, denn unsere Buchung von den 3 Junior Suiten wurde im System gelöscht , so dass wir am check in standen und keine Zi hatten. Die Managerin hat sich gut um uns gekümmert, aber wir mussten in eine anderes Hotel. Obwohl gerade dieses wegen dem modernen design ausgesucht hatten.

It was adequate and not terrible. No ice machine or bucket, (had to go to the bar for ice), and no fridge. The elevator has a strange system that does not allow you to go to any floor but the one your room is on. I was there with a relative who stayed on a different floor. Therefore the only way to get to him was to walk down the hall and use the stairs. Could not even take the elevator from his floor back to mine. Had to go to the lobby first then use my key to get to my floor. Also the rooms do not have wash cloths, only hand towels. We booked Kingsize rooms but was told when we got there, there are no kingsize standard rooms, only deluxe. They said the problem was with Expedia who falsely advertised. The rate was inexpensive but I’ve decided when I go back to Johannesburg, I’d rather try another hotel and pay a little more for better quality.

Unhygienic and unclean rooms
We stayed at the hotel for one night and it was a disappointing stay. The towels were dirty and had marks on it so had to use our own beach towels. The pillows were also unclean as was the bathroom, felt unhygienic. I requested new pillow cases for the night from reception (in person) and they never came. Would not stay again and would not recommend considering the price.

Location is great! Gym is under CONSTRACTION and has only two (2) machines. The room is getting old and the curtains with a carpet are getting stained. If you pay $50-60 dollars it is fine, but no more than that. Easy walk 15-20 minutes from Sandton train station. A driver Isic available to take anyone. I went to Nelson Mandela house for 20€ one way. Spars Supermarket is around the corner! Breakfast was so so. Croissants were suggy from the last night. Breakfast is 3 out of 10. All staff/personal was nice (Oriel, John, Jones).

The shuttle service to the mall came in handy. The kitchen serves really nice food. The staff is very friendly and they made our experience at the hotel exciting and memorable.
