'Construction is being done, material could have been more organized. The floor where my room was smelled like mildew (very strong odor). I asked the front desk staff and was told one of the rooms flooded with the rain like that's normal. Last the room wasn't clean, had hair all over the bath tub wall. Room did not smell clean. Breakfast was horrible. Never staying at another Best Western.'

'The room was clean but the tv did work and there was no shampoo or body wash that's what it's very noisy , really didn't get much sleep'

'The room had dead ants near the window and I found some alive crawling over both beds. Restroom toilet and sink were gross. Stained and had hair.'

'From the moment I drove onto the property I had an uneasy feeling. I wasn’t even sure I was at the right place since the motel sign was some other motel chain. I entered the lobby to confirm I was at the right place. The lady behind the counter confirmed that I was at the right location and began to check me in. She was very accommodating in finding me a room on the bottom floor. Unfortunately, this is the only positive thing I can say about the entire experience.She was difficult to understand...
