« Good location great hotel »

« Grand Josun Jeju was the highlight of my trip to Korea. The resort was clean, beautifully designed, with top notch luxury amenities. The staff were well trained and courteous. 10/10 »

« Rooms are definitely outdated, beautiful outdoor property with a paved walkway to the beach. Amenities of towels and water was appreciated. Pool use is confusing. Free to use the pools, BUT at the adult pool, all the loungers are paid. So you can put your stuff at a table and swim, but nowhere to put your things or relax. Also an odd thing, we were the only ones in the pool and still they were strict with this system. The family pool whole has free loungers , MUST be booked/reserved still for...

« I stayed here while on at conference at the ICC. I had a two room apartment with a small kitchen. Breakfast was basic. I loved that the staff were so welcoming and helpful. It's also nice that the hotel is in a quiet agricultural area. Now that it's 5-7 minutes drive to the ICC, so you'll need an Uber or a car. »

« Close to the conference center, with clean, large rooms and a devoted team. Simple nice free breakfast with coffee, eggs, bread, fruits, noodles and more. »

« I stayed at this hotel two weeks ago and had a great experience. The room was very clean, and the hotel was exceptionally well-maintained. The location was also excellent, with plenty of attractions and places to visit nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel! »

« Personnel très aimable mais certain devrait apprendre l'anglais Lit trop dur, beaucoup trop ferme »

« Unfortunately, our stay here was very disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, and the overall condition of the hotel was much worse than we expected from the photos and description online. We found several areas that were dirty and clearly had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. Another major issue is that the hotel listing is very misleading. They use beautiful photos of nearby attractions and scenic areas in a way that makes it appear as though these places or views are...

« Good location with clean spacious accomodations »

« This is a low cost alternative to a hotel if you come for a conference at Jeju Convention Center. It is a 10 minute walk. Super clean. There are many good restaurants nearby, and a few barbers. They do men's haircut for US$12. The downside is that the room can barely fit two adults. Amenities are not sufficient. For example, there is no shower tower. Overall it is a good deal. »
