'Our room was clean, beautiful, and comfortable! The TV was HUGE and such an added bonus. It exceeded expectations!'

'There was glasses or water jeg kept. Tv table dusty. Patio furnitures are old and not clean. There was no facility to keep our bags and no hangers. Laundry bag not kept. Shower knob was very hard to turn. Sofa was torn in couple of places. No cleaning clothes kept in kitchen. These are small but matters. Otherwise stay was good.'

'The staff was nice, but the room was disgusting. Definitely not like the photos. Certain there was bed bugs and plenty of "ladies of the night" walking about naked at night. Do not bring your kids. It is a roof. It is cheap.'

'Great place for the price. Loved the doggy yard! While we appreciate the contactless check-in, we missed having the ability to get a few more towels/toilet paper, etc. Outlets are little loose surely due to age of the place. There’s a bus stop nearby with frequent passerbys. We walked to the donut shop one morning which was a plus. Gas station is walkable also. Beds were comfy enough and kitchenette was helpful! Overall, we would probably like to stay a little closer to the downtown area next...

'Tucked back in the Arkansas rolling hills… is an awesome little B&B. Had never been to a B&B before but thought we’d break our trip up and it was well worth it. Tiffany and Bob have a beautiful place, quiet, calm, peaceful place to step away from the high pace of life. If you are traveling to Hot Springs you should highly consider taking a step outside of town… I know I’ll well be back!'

'Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kaner was in goede staat. Alleen op de badkamer lag nog wat vuilnis van het vorige verblijf en er lagen meerdere haren. Voor de rest zeer netjes!'

'Breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, the omelet chef has an amazing personality and can flip them omelets like no other let me tell you he can whip up some amazing delicious ones, the room was amazing we stayed in, when we entered it had on both TVs welcome Nikki which made me feel so special, the room was so clean and had 2 queen beds and a pull out small hideaway sofa for extra sleeping. We stayed on the 7th fooor, only downfall they were having some problems with an elevator which would...

'Wonderfully maintained old world charming lodge (1920). Very private and quiet. Wonderful chef prepared multi course breakfast. Surrounded by beautiful grounds, shrubs, flowers, trees, and a fountain and waterfall out our window! Family owned and so friendly. Complementary snacks, drinks, coffee - very relaxing adults only place to stay!'

'My second time staying here, I got the same room. I had last time that I stayed the night room 150 that’s how much tax like staying at this place. Lady behind the desk was wonderful thank you for everything that you did. Looking forward to staying again in the future.'
