Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment—you will not be sharing the space with anyone else. The apartment is located on the middle floor of a multi-family home and includes a private entrance, full kitchen, living and dining areas, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The backyard and pool are shared areas used by other residents in the building. Pool access is available in the summer and is limited to registered guests only. I live on the property and am available if you need anything during your stay. I generally follow your lead when it comes to interaction—I'm happy to say hello or offer local tips, but I also respect your privacy if you prefer to keep to yourself.
