'This hotel has a lovely lobby, spacious rooms, and a very kind, helpful staff. The first night I arrived late and had trouble finding the hotel; there is no signage on the building or door. During the day, the door is left open and the sign is visible on the wall. The rest of my stay was comfortable, and on the morning I left, the staff helped me get a car to the bus station because my phone wasn't connecting very will.'

'Amazing location right near the center. We had a two bedroom and loved our stay. The room was excellent- very clean, quite, spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of four. The AC worked great, which was important in the middle of the summer when it was in the mid 90s outside. The staff was very helpful and attentive, and spoke English in addition to Armenian and Russian. The food at the hotel was excellent though a bit on the pricey side compared to restaurants outside the hotel....

'We had a great stay! Rooms with AC are spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. The location on Abovyan street is perfect. Right in the heart of Yerevan and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and places to see. Would definitely recommend this hotel'

'- The staff was overall very nice and helpful. If you needed something, they would fix it right away. - There was only one problem though, which made me skip my breakfast one day. Breakfast was every day between 7:30 and 10:30 AM. Sometimes I entered the restaurant at 09:45, sometimes at 10:00. But every day I had to hear the same commentary from 1 woman in the kitchen. She asked me litteraly every day: is the rest of your family coming? It's about time, we close at 10:30 AM. And if it was...

'This hotel is the perfect spot in Tbilisi because it is conveniently located at walking distance from all the spots, including the street above it with all the great restaurants (up and to the left, go until you see people eating). The staff were all extremely kind and helpful!'

'Good location Clean Just in Armenia doesn’t have hospitality! Missed an item there and they didn’t help and no answer to many massages I sent! They didn’t help to get taxi and said right way to get to another hotel! I think we don’t want visit this country anymore. They just think about money money more money'
