This two-bedroom, one-bath Villa has premium amenities throughout including upgraded bedding. The living room has a new 55-inch flat screen as well as all new furniture.
The dining area also has upgraded new furniture along with Edison antique lights. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large new refrigerator as well as a full-size stove and dishwasher. Upstairs or you will find a king bedroom facing the ocean along with a new balcony with spectacular views. The second bedroom features a queen bed and both bedrooms come with flat-screen TVs. The bathroom features a full tub and shower combo. You can see Saint Simons Island in the distance and at night you will see the blinking St Simons lighthouse.
