« You really are at a great spot in the middle of so many Gorge activities! However, the lodge is suffering from a lot of deferred maintenance. A stay here also comes with breakfast, but it was all reheated/packaged. Balconies are nice but kudzu has taken over a good part of the park, and your view is basically kudzu. I love KY resort parks, but this one is in need of an overhaul like Cumberland Falls is getting. If you like to park close, it can get tricky due to the fact that the lodge is also...

« We stayed May 30 -June 5, 2026This place is definitely quaint. Although we mainly just used it for sleeping, preparing some meals, & the occasional regroup. I did message the host prior to arriving, but after a week had not heard back so I contacted VRBO support, that made me feel a little uneasy... but all worked out.On cleanliness: when we walked in it smelled clean & fresh & looked clean. Some notices though: the windows were not clean. The outside areas of the cabin didn't look like it...

« The Domes were easy to find thru WAZE. The road from the main road to the domes is narrow with some blind spots..Pretty well marked and not more than 1/2 Mile long...be aware there is local traffic so go slow and keep your eyes out of the vehicle. Consider this a romantic getaway spot because of the remote location..Spectacular views of the valley and sunset. 15 minute drive back to the local Supermarket. Inside everything is laid out nicely for a dome. The heat/AC unit is an over the bed...
