'The cabin was exactly like it was described. The room was clean and well decorated. The cabin was right on the river. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony that overlooked the water. We were going to go canoeing, but the canoes were too heavy (for females) to carry to the river. There is some traffic noise, but the view and atmosphere makes up for it. We would definitely go back. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.'

Outdoor patio deck is a great place to relax and enjoy nature. Highly recommend. Jefferson is a great little town in East Texas with nice local restaurants, shops, and antique stores.'

We cannot close the door very well and we had to fix it. There was no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner provided. What is even worse, we didn’t dare to use the microwave or coffee maker because they look dirty. The refrigerator is also dirty.'

'The room was absolutely perfect for a short trip to Caddo Lake. Two beds, shower/toilet, AC, parking, TV with roku, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and easy access to everything around the lake. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the AC kept us cool the entire stay. My only complaint is that the showerhead was too powerful, and the water goes everywhere in the bathroom. There is peeling on the floor.'

'From the moment you pull through the gated property, you are sucked in to the peacefulness. The four resident ducks met us at the side patio. We love the fact that we can park right next to the patio to carry your things inside with no steps to maneuver. The inside reminds of the cabins you might find in Broken Bow without the long drive. A nice leather sofa and leather recliner provide comfortable seating while watching the large screen tv. I love the big windows that go almost to the floor...

"De kamer was groot en schoon. De douche was erg fijn. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De hele dag kan koffie en thee gepakt worden, ‘s avonds is er wijn en cookies. Het ontbijt viel wat tegen, een stuk appeltaart en een stuk fritata. Geen brood, toast of cereal. Wel koffie en jus d’orange."
