The villa is accessed from a naya, a beautiful traditional covered terrace. The naya has north orientation, so in summer you can enjoy the freshness while eating or reading in it, since it has a dining area and seating area. The pool is located in front of the naya.

In addition to this porch (the naya), on the back of the floor, there are two outdoor spaces both furnished with different styles. Two more places to enjoy the exterior of the villa.

Its interior decoration is a soft sand color and next to the careful decoration creates an atmosphere of warmth and relaxation for the enjoyment of the guest.

The living room is equipped with a fireplace that provides warmth and feeling of home during the colder months, and communicates visually with the outside through a large glazed archway that overlooks the naya: the elegantly decorated naya works as the exterior continuation of the living room of the town.

A special feature of this villa is that almost all of its rooms have direct access to the outside.

Ideal for up to 6 guests, it has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a multipurpose space (the library) that becomes a third bedroom, thanks to its sofa bed.

The master bedroom is a suite with a built-in bathroom and a work area.
The multipurpose space (the library) is an extension of the living room, and consists of a sofa bed for two people. Gain intimacy and separation from the main room through a clog.

The villa has 2 bathrooms, one of them in the suite and the other that serves the other bedroom and common areas. The bathrooms are spacious and bright and have outside ventilation through windows.

The kitchen is fully equipped: it has an American-style refrigerator, with ice and cold water dispenser, ceramic hob, dishwasher, cutlery, dishes, kitchenware, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle, iron and board.

Behind the kitchen, there is an outdoor kitchen with gas for grilling. This kitchen serves a patio with an oriental atmosphere where you can enjoy lunch or dinner under your beautiful bungavilla.

In the basement is the washing area: it has a washer and dryer. You can also enjoy the fitness room, to be able to exercise without leaving the villa.
