'I am a solo bike traveler and had booked bunk bed here in Hotel Kamla Palace, The hotel is in densely populated area. However, the hotel and facilities were good inside.'

'I liked some employees and manager were nice people. They treated me well. When I arrived to the hotel one employee on the reception desk was no so much kind. He told me he doesn't have my reservation number. His attitude was no friendly. I asked manager to change my breakfast menu, because is only Indian style. He accepted it because he understood I was not a native people there. I appreciate that thing because he showed interest for me as his client. I would say that this hotel is...
