'Staff was very helpful and willing to assist you at all times. '

'Great convenient location & a clean well maintained hotel with pleasant staff. Easy to get public transport; excellent hot water; vibrant common room'

'Staff not trained. We had to keep calling for fresh towels, toilet paper, cleaning the bathroom. '

'Room was clean, bed comfortable, staff courteous, and - most importantly - I would stay here again. '

'Rooms was disgusting there were flys and the small was not pleasant the room was old'

'Pathetic. We booked for 3 nights but only could stay a night. Didn’t even bother for a refund. We paid for food as well. The hotel was filthy dirty. Could not sleep as it was too noisy, staff was rude and didn’t care for anyone. Location of the hotel is bad. Rooms were stinky, bed sheets were torn and dirty. No intercom in the room. Tv was a joke, didn’t even turn on. Receptionist had an attitude she couldn’t handle. Never ever will they see me or my acquaintances. '

'The noise from the road does not allow you to sleep. The bedsheets are not clean. You need to request for a towrl'
