« We arrived tired from a 17 hour road trip and the front desk employee was kind and helpful. However we were placed in a room with an absolutely filthy bathroom that had visible black mold growing in the shower. We asked to change rooms and found that the shower had a used washcloth in it. The third room we were placed into was slightly less dirty but the shower was growing pink mold around the caulk. By the time we got our children settled it was 2 am. « We stayed only one night and this hotel was a good spot. It was not RIGHT off the freeway but an easy drive to it. The room was small, but clean and cozy enough. « There was only one ice machine operable for 3 floors. I was on the third floor and had to walk around until I found it.
The room couls have been cleaner. Dust everywhere and leftover trash (i.e. old utensils on the floor) along with other pieces of trash.
The TV is wY too small for Marriott ( just a like). TV isn't a complaint like the other items.
From the checkin was good/ok. »
