« Personnel accueillant, propreté, aménagement et équipements de qualité dans la chambre »

« Merci »

« We can’t wait to be back. Such a relaxing place to be. The host is simply great and we felt at home right away. It’s a great place being in nature but at the same time close to the airport (Nashville) and a good start to discover the Smokies. »

« Very good value »

« The water was just above cold the first two days. The third day it was atleast a little warm. Never got hot water during our stay. Went to use the conditioner and it was empty, so double check prior to hopping in the shower. Beds have a hard mattress. »

« Très bon hôtel »

« La ubicación es excelente, sus instalaciones lindas y limpias y el personal muy amable. El desayuno es muy bueno con diferentes opciones. »

« The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We enjoyed our stay and will be staying there again. »

« I had a very good stay, comfy bed and I made useeld of the few dumbells in the gym! »

« The front desk wasn't helpful at all!! We booked a suite and was told Expedia over booked the location. The hotel was in desperate need over maintenance thru-out the whole building. The kitchen staff was nice and helpful, The food was about on par with most included breakfasts at most similar rated hotels. »

« Very friendly, and close to everything! »

« property was ok or not as bad room smelled of wet hair and pets. I asked for a late check out and was rudely woken up by management at 11:20am ish and asked when was i leaving. Then I asked management why she did that and she said she was told by her higher ups to make sure i was out by 12. Very Rude. »
