'Absolutely incredible hotel. Would recommend to anyone! From start to finish everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We arrived on New Year's Eve and the hotel put on a big party with music, drinks, food, dancing and fireworks. It was such a special occasion. The owner and all staff went out of their way to help with anything we need. They booked our safari tickets for us and arranged transport to take us there and back. 'Heerlijk hotel. Echt authentieke 'haveli'. Een oase in de drukte van Jaipur. Één stap buiten het hotel en je staat in de chaos, maar daar merk je niets van zodra je de poort binnenstapt. Locatie is goed, maar als men niet wilt lopen door de chaos dan is transport geadviseerd. Hotel mag iets doen aan de badkamer, maar aangezien het een historisch pand betreft nam ik dat voor lief. 'Amazing property ever I lived in. It’s a beautiful safe to stay property. The decora of the property premises in just amazing. The service is amazing very fast service. Foods are little expensive for sure. But other than very warm welcoming. Amazingly polite . Fantastic staffs. Yes little far from pink city but I don’t mind because anyways I rented a car for 8 hrs to do my sight seeing. All I can say I enjoyed my stay so much with lovely memories . '

'It’s a lovely palace but the bathroom toilet was not working properly. The first night we woke up to a pool of cold water. The hot water was minimal. You had to rush showering before the water went on the colder side. The bathroom was not well kept. We had requested a heater as the room was very cold. The area the hotel is in is dreadful. '
