« Against: In four days, no cleaning of the room, no changing towels, no changing garbage bag. Restaurant in the rooftop very expansive. A lot a bugs entiring in the room at dark. For: really good customer service. Good location. Ac working well »

« This luxurious hostel is exactly as has been shown in the pictures! The private rooms are very spacey and we enjoyed the king size bed a lot. Jay (the manager) is a super friendly and always open for a chat. He is super warm hearted and funny, and helped us out with any problems. The food in Amano (their restaurant) is delicious! »

« Amazing stay, with an amazing staff, very fun and very available to help us! They organized some karaoke and dance night. They offer good food and some drinks! The room is of good quality, and the bathroom was clean! Thank you so much again for your hospitality and good energy!!! »

« Nice place and people, good bed & AC. Wi-Fi slow. Soundproofing of the room could be a lot better. The restaurant is mostly good and not expensive. The special thali is very good. »

« Very friendly environment as expected from Zostel. Tosif isvery friendly »
